Wedding Nannies, Wedding Creches and Wedding Babysitters

We currently offer a range of services for the bride-to-be, which we feel will allow the bride and groom, their family and friends to relax and enjoy the special day. 

Wedding Nanny

A wedding nanny usually looks after a single child or sibling groups, she is responsible for their care and takes the frustration away of dirty nappies at inopportune moments!

A nanny maybe required for the service, the wedding breakfast, or for the evening or she could be required to do all three.  This service is totally flexible and can be individually tailored to the wedding party needs.

We only supply nannies that have been through the most stringent checks.  Being a local business we meet all our agency staff, each one is suitably qualified.  It is important that brides are made aware that by qualified we mean to level 3 and above this maybe NNEB, BTEC, NVQ or the CACHE Diploma in Education and Childcare, some of our nannies even hold an early years degree.  Being of level 3 standard ensures that they are capable of looking after children unsupervised, this is very different from someone holding a level 2 qualification in childcare who is not qualified to look after children unsupervised.  None of lovely days wedding nannies are level 2.

Wedding sitter

A wedding sitter is generally somebody who looks after the children in the same capacity as a babysitter might look after a child at home.  All of our babysitters are qualified in either Health, Social Care or Early Years or maybe working towards a qualification.  Each one of them has had experience caring for children and has been through the same stringent interview, reference and CRB checks as our nannies. 

A wedding sitter maybe requested to sit with the children during the wedding breakfast or maybe required to babysit in the evening in a separate room or in the guests hotel room. 

Wedding creche

Brides inviting a large number of children to the wedding may like to consider having a wedding creche. 

The wedding creche is a safe, fun area for children and can be provided during the service and wedding breakfast.  You may also like to consider having the creche continue during the evening for party games or a DVD event.

The wedding creche is totally negotiable and can fit in with any theme the bride may have, Lovely Days will work closely with the bride and/or wedding co-ordinator to select and organise activities suitable and appropriate for the little guests.

Some of the activities you might like to consider are crafts, music, games, books and toys.  Lovely Days will liaise closely with you and provide ideas and will supply safe equipment for this service.
